You may usually cancel, change or add items to your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service department by E-mail in the contact page.

We have a few programs which offer discounts on bulk purchases and drop-ship or wholesale orders.

Once the application is submitted, our sales department will be in touch with you generally within 5-7 business days (weekends and holidays not included) with a decision. Any unused and unaltered item purchased from our online store (with the exception of custom or personalized items) may be returned for a full refund of the item’s purchase price (i.e., excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

 

Please note that C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted, and that we reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion the condition of returned merchandise.
